If charges are brought against ********* and ***** then it's bubbly time. If it is decided that there is no case to answer then the last vestiges of belief in doing things by the book, of trust in The System, will be swept away. It will become crystal clear that these jokers are being protected by The System and that the only means of attaining justice will be by breaking that law. This is a win-win situation for NTBPT.
